Three steps, one counter, no queue theatre

Drinks for the room are served in ceramic, warmed first. Paper is for the door, and only for the door.

Espresso goes from the group head straight into the cup — a steady pour, crema left where it lands, milk textured to order.

Across the counter, still steaming
It reaches the table hot. Anything leaving the shop gets a lid that seals, whether you collected it or we sent it over.
